I found the interview to be very good. Instead of just trying to fill a position like unfortunately some agencies do, Justine at MPeople actually took the time to find out what I actually want to do and what my skills are. Also, taking the time to get to know me rather then just seeing a name on a CV. It was good to do the tests so that the agency gets a better idea of what your skills are.
