Everything is about ready to go, they seem to be having some trouble with my references but I understand they are very thorough. I’m a bit nervous but I’m not sure that its even started sinking in yet!

A few words about you:

From speaking with you on the phone, you were really friendly when you first called me about the position and quickly got me in to talk about the job. When I came into the office you were warm and smiley, really personable and I felt like I could talk to you honestly and openly. You went through every aspect of the role and I didn’to feel like you were putting any pressure on me to say yes. You calmed my nerves on the phone interview and pointed me in the right direction throughout. The interview prep was great and as nervous as I felt I was totally prepared when I arrived.

Whenever I phone you, you answered straight away!! (It might seem minor but it really makes a difference!)

Like I said on the phone, without you I wouldn’t have this job and Id still be on my temp job at ASDA.

Further to our recent conversation i would like to thank yourself and Jade in finding me employment with *********.

The service i received from Jade was simply brilliant by the way of her qualification of my wants and needs, the proffetionalisim, matching my skills to find a suitable role and it is rare to find someone these days who will actually do what they say will do. Further more not only the fabulous service from Jade but all of the team at M People i found very easy to approach and generally a pleasure to speak to.

Many agencies are only interested in sending as many candidates as possible. Jennie from Mpeople tackled the situation differently. She listened to our specific requirements and understood from the beginning what qualities we were looking for in a candidate. She didn’t bombard me with CV’s. Instead she selected 3 candidates who she felt would best suit the position in our company and a few weeks later the position was filled.

I’d like to thank Mpeople and in particular Jennie. Throughout the whole recruitment process she was professional, courteous and had a real ” can do” attitude. We never felt under pressure to take a candidate and she found the right person for the position.

Emma asked me what sort of jobs I was looking for –both temporary and permanent to try and get a good picture of where I would be best suited. Out of all the agencies I have used and registered with over the past few years, Mpeople were the only ones that asked me what I wanted, they didn’t try to ‘pigeon hole’ me into what they needed. Also-this seems such a simple thing-they asked me to fill in a P60 so I didn’t get emergency tax-the usual for a temp worker, and a real pain to sort out when you realise your wage is short!

Within a few days Emma rang me about a permanent job which had become available-a real gem of a job that would have suited me perfectly. She sent me for an interview and really kept on top of the client to get feedback and keep things moving, even with obstacles like bank holidays and her contact being off sick. Even when the end result of the job was not to my benefit, she really made me feel like I had done everything right, and perhaps the job just wasn’t for me! She sent me on some great short term temp jobs to keep me occupied.

As with many temporary contracts, they don’t always turn out to be what you first expected, and can quite often be ended early-when this happened to me, Emma was straight on top of the situation-she promised me a job by the end of the day-she certainly did not disappoint!

Now, that perfect job that finally presented itself, it is with happy memories that I must leave Mpeople. From start to finish the service has been personal, professional and proactive. All my queries have been sorted immediately and nothing is ever too much for Emma and the whole team. I only wish that all agencies were this good!! I have even recommended them to grandma!

All that is left to say is a great big thank you to Emma and the team at Wakefield Mpeople. Thank you for making the past few weeks so easy and thank you for all you best wishes in my new job.”
