Carlton heads up our Finance & Payroll function.

Carlton worked part-time as an administrator for Mpeople Recruitment while he completed his studies in Physics, Maths and Electronics. A lover of numbers he went on to study Physics at University before starting a career at Carphone Warehouse as a Sales Consultant. Hoping to indulge his passion for electronics. But when the Payroll Assistant position became vacant at Mpeople, Carlton realised sales was not for him and he jumped at the chance to start a career in accounting. Since then he has studied and qualified in AAT Levels 2,3 and 4. He has supervised the changeover into a new payroll system and worked alongside Aman assisting him through his apprenticeship. 

When asked what it is about accounting he enjoys he says "I love the simplicity of it. The logic. If something doesn't add up, there is a definitive reason why. All you have to do is find it and you can fix it"

Something a bit different

In his spare time Carlton is an avid gamer and enjoys a good game of Dungeons & Dragons. He has recently added a Tattoo of the D20 Dice to his collection.
