In October 1986, Liz took her first steps into the world of recruitment, setting the stage for a remarkable career. Her drive and determination led her to establish Mpeople Recruitment as a division of Major Recruitment Limited in January 2007. In a true display of her leadership and acumen, the company achieved a remarkable £1 million turnover in its very first year of operation.
Liz's commitment to understanding the human element in recruitment is truly extraordinary. She qualified as an NLP practitioner in 2007, demonstrating her keen interest in emotional intelligence and the ability to unlock an individual's potential. Her expertise extends to Kolb's Learning Styles, which she skillfully combines with True Colors personality tests to gain deep insights into what motivates people, the environments in which they thrive, and the job roles that bring them fulfillment.
