We are currently recuriting for a fantastic company who are looking to add an additional person to the sales team. This is a great company to work for having retained the family feel and still having fun along the way. Our client requires an experienced account manager who can not only maximise accounts but also win new business.


  • Keeping regular contact with exisiting customers building relationships
  • Maximising existing accounts via offers, new products etc
  • Winning new business via cold calling and following leads
  • Providing customers with product information
  • Processing customer orders
  • Sending customers order confirmations
  • Liaising with suppliers on lead times and updating customers
  • Logging any complaints and resolving in a timely manner
  • Liaising with engineers regarding any servicing or breakdown of equipment
  • Generating all relevant paperwork for despatch of good

Ideal candidate will come from the same or similar industry: print managed service or office stationary / furniture
