Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment? Do you want to work for a rapidly expanding, award winning company who have a strong team culture? If you enjoy working in a busy fast paced office and have a strong can do attitude then this could be the role for you! A salary of up to £19,000 plus many benefits are on offer.

The role:

  • Dealing with enquiries in relation to accommodation; sending out plans and room layouts; providing information on the accommodation and answering queries
  • Developing and managing the administrative paperwork and communication in support of the lettings throughout the tenant life cycle
  • Arranging viewings
  • Inputting tenant reference requests/guarantor checks onto secure website
  • To organise tenant check in schedule at beginning of new academic year
  • To complete inventory checks (may involve out of hours working at the beginning of the new academic years
  • To carry out periodic tenancy inspections
  • To respond to tenant repair issues, instructing relevant contractors and building good ongoing relationships in this regard to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • To ensure customer care is a priority at all times and that customer complaints are dealt with effectively and speedily (consulting with other members of the team and passing to management where required)
  • To carry out tenant 'check outs', complete inventory checks, key return
  • To liaise with relevant parties, including the accounts department in relation to return of deposit

About you:

  • Experienced in property lettings is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work on own initiative
