The Role
As our Audio Visual Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management and operation of the warehouse alongside a technical understanding of audio visual hardware such as Large Format Display LED/LCD Screens, Virtual reality equipment, touch screens , audio , Projection You will ensure there is a focus on continuously improving processes and procedures. With strong leadership skills, you will act as a role model to your team, and work collaboratively with the wider organisation to achieve the 'Over and above' ethos that is a core part of our Business

To manage and oversee the efficient use of our product hire offerings using our rental management system, inspHire
* Oversee and assist the equipment picking, preparation and packing operation in accordance with company procedures
* Create direction and provide overall management support to the service centre
* Manage and drive your team to achieve agreed KPI target
* Manage the flow of communication through the business, ensuring every department has the information they need well in advance
* Ensure equipment storage areas, and the wider warehouse environment, comply with health and safety best practice
* Be accountable for the reported stock levels in inspHire, ensuring they are always accurate through regular stock takes
* Work with senior management, helping the company to consistently grow and improve in all areas
* Oversee the production of loss and damage reports for customers, at all times making sure the information can be trusted

The Applicant

* Strong managerial experience and skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve the goals of the business
* Ability to manage change within a team
* A minimum of two years of audio visual technology experience
* Ability to work under pressure and have the flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
