Mpeople Recruitment are currently seeking an Build Administrator on behalf of our client based in the Oldham area that are a leading name within their industry

Our client are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and organised individual on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Working closely with Site Managers and Contract Managers on a daily basis
  • Placing materials orders with suppliers, and negotiating in order to ensure best costs are paid for materials
  • Raising sales orders and invoices for projects as required
  • Signing off invoices and credit notes as required
  • Ensuring that information is maintained and updated accuratlely on the in-house system
  • General administrative duties as required

Our client are looking for an individual that already has experience in a similar role, or has a good knowledge of the building/construction trade. Experience in SAGE would also be an advantage.
