Our client is based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre and is offering an excellent opportunity to join a team which is considered the "engine of the business". This role is temporary and they are looking to interview and start somebody as soon as possible. This is a full time opportunity, working 37.5 hours, covering 5 days out of 7 and will include alternative Sundays with 1 day off through the week to compensate.

The role is multi-functional and will provide an insight into the following areas:

  • Item maintenance
  • Trading standards requirements
  • Products not scanning in stores
  • Pricing principles
  • Legal and Business Rules
  • Promotions and events
  • Corporate investment campaigns
  • Cost price / Commodity changes

Rather than bringing a wealth of experience within a similar role, our client are passionate about their team working together and supporting one another, therefore are looking for somebody who fits the skill set required for this role.

Suited to somebody who has a process driven mind, with analytical skills and a desire to do the right thing. You will be resilient and tenacious, with a happy to help attitude. Confident and capable to overcome challenges and challenge those who do not comply to processes. You should be able to pick things up quickly and will need to have a flexible approach to learning, with an ability to deliver under pressure.

The ideal skills we require for this role are:

  • A drive to succeed
  • Commitment and enthusiasm
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage at all levels
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills

If you feel you would be a successful candidate for this role and that your skill set matches the above - please apply today and we will be in touch very shortly.
