our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrator with proven experience ideally within a Manufacturing/supply business.

You will be responsible for:

Receiving and making customer calls

Taking orders over the phone and email

Liaising with the warehouse to ensure delivery is submitted on time

Administrative support and processing orders

Providing an excellent customer service at all time to customers

Dealing with queries

This is a fast paced varied position where our client is seeking someone who is used to working in a similar environment.
