Mpeople Recruitment are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis on behalf of our client in Cheadle. This is a full-time role required until the end of January 2020.

The purpose of this role is to provide an optimum level of service for assigned customers in relation to the placement and delivery of orders.

Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders using SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Ensuring customer queries and complaints are actioned in a timely manner
  • Monitoring UK stock levels in order to ensure optimum fulfilment of customer orders
  • Ensuring that customer details are accurately stored within the database

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and experience of using SAP would be advantageous. Previous experience within a customer service position is essential, and you must be an effective and confident communicator.
