Are you an experienced Dispatch/Traffic Co-ordinator? Do you want to work for a very well established and successful company who offer many unique products and who have built a fantastic reputation in their industry? If you have outstanding customer service and organisational skills, like the idea of working for a friendly company who all work together as a team, and want an immediate start, then this could be the role for you. A salary of up to £21,000 is on offer along with good benefits.

The role:

  • Allocate consignments to the appropriate haulier to the required service and costs
  • Liaise with hauliers to efficiently plan collections from other sites and ensure they have all the required information
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Operations to ensure they are aware of customer requirements and transport plans for all sites
  • Control dispatch administration and raise appropriate documentation as required
  • Liaise with hauliers and warehouse operations to ensure transport plan is on schedule
  • Assist with Customer queries, provide updated ETA's and POD's as required
  • Effective document management in like with audit requirements
  • The ongoing improvement of the service delivery standards

About you:

  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Organisational Skills
  • IT Skills (Word, Data Entry)
  • Previous Experience in transport Liaison
  • Administration Experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good of numeracy
  • Ability to absorb information quickly
  • Able to work on own initiative and in a team
  • Problem solving skills

A salary of £21,000, working hours are 37.5, onsite parking and in addition you would be working for a fantastic company.
