We have an excellent opportunity available working for a thriving organisation based in the Northwich area for a fluent German speaking account manager within the IT sector.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day communication, customer service levels and profitability of the allocated accounts. They are required to identify and optimise new revenue streams and are required to achieve or exceed various KPI's set by the business .

Main responsibilities and duties: -

·Building relationships with customers

·Provide quotations to a high standard of accuracy and competency

·Focus on achieving KPI's set by the business and those agreed with your allocated accounts

·Attend regular customer review meetings set out in the customer profile

·Grow the allocated accounts (revenue and GP) to an agreed level

·Meet and exceed fiscal objectives within the allocated accounts

·Provide accurate forecasts

·Report, present and communicate data to colleagues and customers as and when required

·Identify projects, savings and efficiencies within the allocated accounts

·To manage the resources of the team ensuring work is completed within the customer specific SLA

·Provide training and support to the wider account team (Sales Support, Admin)

·Ensure that day to day processes of the business are followed and remain compliant

·Identify risks, competitors, market threats and provide an escalation path for the team

·Identify and develop new revenue streams across multiple commodities and business areas within the allocated accounts

·Provide account mapping and support the external sales team with information, meeting appointments and opportunity identification

·To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time

·Provide support and attend customer events (evenings and weekends may be required (occasionally)

Required attributes:-

·Knowledge of IT industry preferably having worked in the IT Channel previously

·Good eye for detail

·Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels

·Can do attitude

·Good Negotiating skills

·Strong IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

.Must be fluent in German both written and verbal
