Mpeople Recruitment are currently assisting one of our clients based in the centre of Leeds, who are looking for a confident communicator and positive individual to join their team as a Licensing & Permitting Assistant on a temporary contract for 3 Months. This is an exciting for position for anyone who is looking to expand their knowledge within customer and client focused roles.

About the Role

We have an exciting 3 month temporary opportunity in the Licensing & Permitting team. We work with the Global Compliance team to implement compliance programme and ensure our stores have all the required licences and permits they need to trade in a legally compliant manner.

As a Licensing and Permitting Assistant you will have a wide range of responsibilities. Your role will be to support with applying, obtaining, tracking and renewing licences in peak renewal September through to end of November.

About You

Successful candidates will have a passion for serving customer (stores and councils)and self-motivated, positive attitude to work and teamwork. All work is completed on the our company Licensing system so confident, quick and accurate use of computers is essential. Licensing is a legally required function and attention to detail is critical. We'll welcome applications from all backgrounds, full training will be given so don't worry, no licensing experience is needed. Due to the current situation, working from home is possible. (Internet connection required for homeworking - all other equipment will be provided). The full team do attend the office a minimum of one day a week but we are not able to work there all the time currently due to capacity restrictions.
