Mpeople Animal Health & Nutrition are working with a major Feed Additives company, to recruit for a passionate Sales Manager to cover all species sectors. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with strong negotiating ability to help meet the growing demands of the company.
The National Sales Manager will ensure that targets are reached by implementing an effective business sales plan by volume and target margin. The Sales Manager will motivate, lead and develop the sales team, offering product knowledge, along with their strong sales expertise. They will work alongside the Species/Product Managers, communicating information of the market to generate new ideas towards innovative product development. The National Sales Manager will have a thorough understanding of competition, suppliers and the overall requirements of their customers.
BSc or MSc in Animal Nutrition, Agri Business or equivalent.
Experience as a B2B Sales Manager for technical products.
Strong background working in the Animal Feed industry.
Experience in business and sales plan formulation.
We are looking for someone who is result-driven with excellent planning and organisational skills, someone who can easily build strong and long-lasting relationships with both colleagues and customers, in addition to having experience managing a successful sales team.
