The Role:

  • Managing weekly delivery driver schedule/scheduling with end user
  • Processing of daily completed delivery paperwork
  • Updating daily stock movements on recycled contract databases
  • Generating and formatting of the Generic Installations report
  • Scheduling of Second Site and Digital survey visits with end user
  • Management of communication received into the office central email inbox
  • Raising quotations and sales orders
  • Preparing, printing and distribution of Installation Engineers paperwork
  • Maintaining records using filing systems, both manual and electronic
  • Telephone answering & Door Entry
  • Filing, Printing/Scanning
  • General office duties

About you:

  • Proactive and highly organised
  • Experienced Office Administrator within a sales office
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills along with a confident telephone manner#
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills

You will be working 9am until 5pm with 30 minutes lunch, a salary of £17,500, onsite parking, company pension, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays along with funded Christmas party. Immediate start available
