Mpeople Recruitment are looking for an Office / Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Bury.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident administrator to join a reputable and well-established business.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with customers over the phone, and providing exceptional customer service
- Dealing with customer queries regarding orders, accounts and pricing
- Order processing (detail orientated)
- Pricing and quotations
- Taking payments from customers over the phone
- Working with suppliers in order to purchase stock and organise deliveries
- Running a number of excel reports
Our client are looking for a proactive individual that can manage their own workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have at least 2 years' experience within an administration role. Experience of using SAGE would be desirable.
