Director of Operations
up to £75K depending on experience
The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience within the Health Care Sector and have a real passion. Have a strong understanding of CQC procedures, and the NHS code of Practice.
As part of this role there are 600 employees that would indirectly report to you through the senior management team.
Duties and experience will include:
Management and be commercially responsible for the quality, compliance, financial performance and development of services, always operating in line with the companies values
Deliver high quality cost effective service, hitting targets and meeting deadlines through the robust management of a large team
Ensure relevant management action is taken in the event of serious incidents, under performance and non compliance
Produce regular detailed reports for the CEO and Board
Ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained across all sites.
Travel to the different sites in west Yorkshire
Contribute to the strategic planning, supporting Facilitation and the overall management of the delivery of service
Deputise for the CEO
Ensure Quality Assurance systems are fit for purpose
Actively support and encourage culture change as part of the quality improvement agenda
Act on internal and external feedback from a group of stakeholders
Plan, manage and implement major developments through development plans
Drive income generation including the exploration of opportunities for growth
Maintain best practice

Level 5 diploma in Leadership - Health and Social care or equivalent, and a willingness to take further qualifications and training
Flexibility on working hours may require some evening and weekend work, although a strong work life balance is promoted - 37 hours per week
