Mpeople Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic company based in Heywood.
This is a permanent, full-time position; reporting to the Financial Controller.
Salary - £21,000
Hours - 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
Holiday Entitlement - 20 days + bank holidays
- Timely & accurate processing of supplier invoices onto Sage 200
- Weekly payment runs
- Cheque runs
- Statement reconciliations
- Cash postings of payment
- Direct debit standing orders
- Admin and reconciliation of Euro & Dollar bank accounts
- Sales ledger holiday cover
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Experience working in a high-volume Purchase Ledger role
- Knowledge of Sage software would be highly beneficial
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Keen eye for detail
- Good Time Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
