Are you an experienced Sales Account Manager and want to work for a forward thinking company who have great growth plans in place? You will be offered a basic salary of £21K along with the potential to earn monthly commission. Experience within the automotive industry is a distinct advantage.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers on all customer account management matters, provide customers with advise and generate sales
  • Develop and build a strong relationship with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Identify new business sales opportunities through prospecting activities
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits for the organisation
  • Manage the replacement and returns of vehicles for existing customers
  • Meet assigned monthly and annual sales targets
  • Achieve business KPI's set in relation to number of calls made, and diary task management
  • Review customer credit line
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts

About you:

  • Proven experience as account a manager, key account manager, sales account manager or junior account manager role
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to identify and prospect new customers
  • Strong I.T. skills (Microsoft Office programs) with the ability to learn internal I.T systems
  • Effective planning skills and prioritisation, with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads with the ability to multi-task
  • Work with attention to detail is paramount
  • Experience using CRM database systems
  • Ability to identify problems and provide a solution to such problems which support the customer and the business needs

You will be working a 37.5 hour week, a salary of £21K along with commission and great benefits, including free on-site parking, staff discounts, pension and medical Insurance.
