Are you an experienced Sales Administrator and are available to start work immediately? The role:

  • Carry out day to day administrative tasks to support the wider sales team
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices for customers
  • Contact customers and suppliers to answer queries or collate necessary information for order processing
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries for customers
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up to date with new products and features
  • Assist purchasing in obtaining delivery dates of vehicles and delivery notes
  • Help resolve sales queries relating to stock and orders
  • Help with storing/filing/scanning of purchasing information

The Benefits:

You will be working for one of my favourite clients who offer a friendly, personable and team environment. It is working a 35 hour week, a salary of up to £20K is on offer, along with great benefits including medical Insurance and onsite parking.
