You will be working in our sales office within a team. The Sales Team are responsible for ensuring our customers have full support, provided with an exemplary customer care service.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Order processing
  • Coordinating sales orders
  • Dispatch Administration
  • Dealing with general queries
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Handling incoming sales calls, emails and enquiries
  • General administration and filling duties

Skills required:

  • Previous administration experience within a fast paced sales environment
  • You must have good IT knowledge
  • Experience of working within a team with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience processing and coordinating orders and dispatch
  • Sage accounts or similar management software experience
  • Have an ability to multitask
