Sales Admin & Client Manager
Reporting Directly to the Sales Director the role of Sales Admin & Client Manager is a key role to support the customer experience from first contact with the business to the continued and ongoing management of the customer experience to ensure we deliver a world class experience and service.
Dutioes to include:
Meet and greet visitors
Coffee Machine & Drinks Ensure operational and clean at all times
Promotional Equipment is clean & well presented at all times
Take customer orders and process payments
Receive Log and process customer returns, with Warehouse support
Product demonstrations to support sales process.
Supporting answering inbound calls - Transfer to relevant department
Out Bound calls to support sales team:
Marketing events, ensure client attendance
Data Cleanse, support to ensure existing information is correct and up to date
To contact old and lapsed accounts as part of introduction to sales and customer management within the business
Follow up credit applications
Check voicemail from out of hours, ensure message is dealt with
Support Web Based Enquiries are logged and dealt with
Support web based orders to ensure fulfilled and completed
Ensure space is clean and fit for purpose at all times
External Client visits
Identify accounts with Sales Director on a monthly basis to build relationships and trading partnerships to grow the sales.
Support Sales Activity with visits to customers for specific activity.
Sales training and account management training to be undertaken to support the development of the sales function.
