Mpeople Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Oldham who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis
Hours: - Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (can be flexible - minimum 30 hours).
· Process and input orders.
· Take phone call from customers.
· Log and create quotations.
· Liaise with suppliers on product availability and options.
· Ensure quotations are followed up when necessary.
· Liaise with suppliers to efficiently resolve queries.
· Ensure all orders are logged and inputted onto system.
· Deal with high volumes of e-mails.
· General admin duties.
· Excellent computer skills: Office/excel/word.
· High organisation skills.
· Ability to prioritise own workload.
· Have a strong attention to detail.
