Mpeople Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Rochdale.

This is an opportunity to work for a reputable business that rapidly grown over the last couple of years.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Processing sales orders that come through from customers via email and phone

- Liaising with customers in order to update them on lead times and dispatch dates, as well as dealing with any queries they may have

- Producing quotations and sending these to customers

- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner

- Making outbound follow up calls with existing customers to ensure they are happy with their orders

- Providing other administrative support to the sales team as required

Our client are looking for a motivated individual that is a confident communicator, and has experience of working within a fast-paced office environment. This role will include a high volume of order processing, so it is essential that you have high attention to detail to be considered for this role. Only individuals with order processing/sales administration experience will be considered for this role
