Sales Ledger Clerk
Immediate start for the right person
Out client a leading manufacturer is actively recruiting for a Fixed term contract to cover maternity. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for administering sales invoicing and ensuring monies owed to the business is received within the terms agreed.
Key duties to include:
Ensuring sales invoices are raised as jobs are shipped.
Raising and issuing sales invoices on a daily basis
Investigating customer queries and issuing sales credit notes where necessary
Ensuring invoices are accurate against the internal order documents
Allocate cash against customer debt
the ideal candidate should have a high attention to detail, be well organised and diligent. Work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Proven experience within an accounts team.
