Mpeople Animal Health & Nutrition are recruiting for a long standing client to search for a Sales Manager to cover countries Northern & Central Europe.
The company offers solutions to control microbial contaminants to increase feed values, improve livestock performance and protect public health. Producers can maximise the nutritional value of the diet, resulting in improved feed conversion rates and a decrease in mortality especially in early life stages.
Operating in the Poultry market you will lead the Northern and Central Europe business to achieve budgeted sales volume, margin & contribution through the delivery of excellent customer service. You will drive business opportunities and promote the company’s products in the appropriate external feed/feed material markets.
Additionally, you will assist the Commercial Director in the development of regional sales/marketing strategy and then implement in the field and sell at every opportunity and successfully launch new products as and when required. You will be employed to defend and build upon the distributors that they have so knowledge of the processes is valuable.

- Fluent in a number of European Languages including German and English and another central European language.
- Proven ability to grow business within the feed additive business to business industry.
- Excellent technical knowledge of poultry feed additives.
