SAYE Admin Oversight Audit and Control Administrator - Up to £25k Huddersfield

Our prestigious client has an exciting opportunity to join their Save as You Earn Administration department based on the outskirts of Huddersfield. You will be expected to learn every aspect of the SAYE Schemes in order to audit all work within the department.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out duties relating to Save as You Earn Schemes so the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients is essential
  • Planning and performing audit and control including risk management so that staff are able to provide high quality service. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
  • Review processes and procedures to ensure team adherence, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Carry out regular and ad hoc audits of outputs to monitor quality and escalate concerns
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback where necessary to improve performance
  • Support management team with oversight and ad-hoc tasks

This is a regulated activity role and as such, the role holder will be expected to pass industry examinations in order to prove their competence for which salary increments will be awarded upon successful completion.

About you:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail who is able to provide audit and control in order to ensure processes are carried out to exacting standards and who can summarise audit results and present to departmental manager with recommendations for process efficiencies.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
