Salary £28,000 plus Comms £6,000- £8,000
30 days holidays inclusive of bank holidays, after 3 years service increased to 33 days.

The Role

To act as one of the senior members of the sales team and demonstrating a high standard of
industry, business, technical and product knowledge. Acting as the main point of contact and
driving high growth to your portfolio of clients. Also you will be expected to work
collaboratively with your peers to achieve

To manage a database of customers in excess of £60,000 per month

Managing a database of customers ensuring that they are kept up to date with
new products and/or services and that their requests are dealt with quickly
and efficiently whilst managing the customer's expectations

Proactively targeting new customers and outlets to ensure targets are hit and
the database is building

Maintaining high levels of customer retention to secure repeat business

Attend business meetings with customers to ensure we are assisting with any
relevant projects, products and/or services that fit your customer's
requirements

The Applicant
* Previous sales & account management experience is essential with Live Events would be advantageous
* Ability to work under pressure and have the flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
* Flexible approach to work and grow and develop as the role grows and develops
* A confident and assertive manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
