Training Administrator - £18k neg - Huddersfield and Leeds

About the role

At an exciting time for the company they have a Training Administrator position available in their Shareholder Solutions area of the business. Based in the Huddersfield office, reporting to the Supervisor, you will be part of a busy, operational team, carrying out duties relating to legal, dividend and correspondence work within the Shareholder Solutions area.

Day to day, you will plan and deliver training and coaching to administration colleagues within the department so that they are able to provide a high quality service for all their clients, shareholders and outside agencies in a confident and faultless manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent support to all administrators. Monitor performance and provide feedback
  • Maintenance of training material
  • Ensure compliance with all Regulatory and Legal requirements and company internal procedures and policies
  • Assist with induction of new staff into the business. Arranging / undertaking training of new and existing staff, including temporary staff recruited for major projects
  • Liaise with Line Manager to identify the needs for each individual / group of staff and then organise and deliver appropriate training / coaching
  • Conduct review meetings to acknowledge achievements and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure continual collaboration with other training administrators / line managers to review and promote new ideas / training methods

Essential Requirements:

  • C.S.E Maths and English grade 'C' or above, or equivalent
  • Ability to learn administrative functions and pass on learning to others
  • Previous experience of training delivery and side by side coaching
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel,
  • Experience required in data entry (alpha & numeric)
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular a confident telephone manner
  • Good organisation skills and self-prioritisation of workload
  • Excellent customer/client service skills
  • Flexible approach
